Cottage Cheese CurryIngredientsCottage cheese; cut in squares 250 g
Onion; finely chopped 1 medium
Onion; cut in squares 1 medium
Tomatoes; finely chopped 2 medium
Capsicum; cut in squares 2 medium
Green chillies; finely chopped 3
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder 1/4 tsp
Oil 4 tbsp
Salt to taste
Methods/stepsHeat 2 tbsp oil and fry finely chopped onions till golden brown. Remove onions from oil; combine with chopped tomatoes and grind fine. Put remaining 2 tbsp oil in same pan; add tomato & onion mixture & fry on medium heat for few minutes. Then add the green chillies and other spices; stir till the spices are cooked; about 7-8 minutes and oil separates from gravy. Add capsicums and square cut onions; fry again stirring on medium heat. Put in the cottage cheese; continue frying for a few more minutes. Turn heat down to low and simmer for five minutes. Remove from heat. Serve with Paho chicken. Reviews |
