Cottage Cheese TrianglesIngredientsCottage cheese(1 cup if the cheese is home made) 1 packet
Fresh coriander(finely chopped) 1 bunch
Green chilies finely chopped 4
Onions medium size; finely chopped 1
Almonds coarsely ground 10
Black peppers coarsely ground 10
Salt to taste
Samosa sheets 2 dozen
Dalda or your choice of cooking oil 2 cups
Methods/stepsMix almonds and black pepper in the cottage cheese. Add onions; coriander and green chilies to the mixture; and leave for 20-25 minutes. Put teaspoonful of cheese filling onto a strip of samosa sheet; fold into a triangular samosa shape and seal with flour paste. Deep fry on low heat. Reviews |
