Ghilafi PasandaIngredientsBeef slices (Pasanda) 1/2 kg (cut in 3/4 inch)
Ginger / garlic paste 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tbsp
Green chilli and coriander paste 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
Papaya 1 tbsp
Oil 1 cup (for frying)
For Dough
Flour 1 cup
Butter 1 tbsp
Egg 1
Salt 1/2 tbsp
Water as required
Methods/stepsPreparation of Dough or Ghilaf: Take a mixing bowl; put flour; add butter; egg and salt; mix all the things with water and make dough; leave it for 1/2 hour. Then make small balls from the dough; flatten it like puree and cut in square shape. Method: Marinate pasanda with all masala for 1 hour; then boil the pasanda; add 1 tbsp oil; now put pasanda on roll square; stick edges with beaten egg; press with fork and fry. Reviews |
