Afghani Kebab With GravyIngredientsMince (beef; mutton) 1/2 kg
Green Chillies 10-12
Ginger; garlic paste 2 tbsps
Onion 1
Tomato 1/2 kg
Salt to taste
Black pepper 1 tsp
Oil for frying
Methods/stepsAdd 1/2 tsp black pepper; green chillies and salt in mince and mix well. Then make small round kebabs and fry in oil; later give the kebabs coal smoke. Heat oil in a pan and add onions. Fry till the onions turn pink in colour. Now add ginger and the mixture has been roasted; add a little ater to make gravy. Then add kebabs in the gravy; cover and simmer on low heat for 5-8 minutes. Garnish with green chillies and coriander and serve hot. Reviews |
