Green chillies 3 chopped
Small onions 2
Tomato 1
Chopped green mango 1 tsp
Chopped coriander 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder leaves 1/4 tsp
Ghee or butter
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Salt and pepper to taste
Methods/stepsChop onions and fry till golden brown. Add all remaining ingredients except the eggs and fry. Remove from heat; break in the eggs; stir well and replace on the fire. Cook on a low heat; but do not let it overcook. Serve on toast. Covers 4-5 slices. Reviews |
