Methods/stepsCrush dry coriander; red chilli; garlic; salt and onions in a pestle and mortar. Add these spices in water and mix meat in this mixture and marinate room temprature. Take a sauce pan and heat ghee in it on high flame and add meat in it. Add water to tenderize meat and roast it. Then add a little water; garam masala and ginger in the saucepan and cook further. When water evaporates; add yoghurt and roast further. when oil comes on the surface it is ready to serve. Reviews |
