Almond ChickenIngredientsBoneless chicken; cut into small squares; 3/4 kg
Yogurt; whipped 6 tbsp
Lemon juice 4 tbsp
Green chillies; coarsely ground 6
Garam masala powder 1/2 tbsp
Almonds; roasted and powdered 25
Oil for frying
Salt to taste
Methods/stepsMix all ingredients except cooking oil and marinate chicken for 2 1/2 hours. Keep in the refrigerator. Heat oil and fry marinated chicken on high heat till it becomes golden brown. The chicken is ready and maybe served at this point. However after frying it maybe baked in a preheated oven at 200?C for 5 minutes for a crisp taste. Reviews |
