Aloo Ke PasandeIngredientsAloo(peeled & cut into slices) 2-3 medium size
Lamb meat(flattened pieces) 150 gms
Curd 1/2 cup
Watermelon seeds(roasted) 2 tsp
Onion(finely sliced) 1 medium size
Ginger-garlic paste 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Garam masala(whole) 1 tsp
Veg cooking oil 2-3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves for garnishing
Methods/stepsHeat oil in a thick bottomed pan or pressure cooker; add onions; garam masala and fry till golden brown. Lower the heat and add the ginger garlic paste; turmeric powder; chilli powder; salt; paste of wetermelon seeds and curd. Fry till the oil floats and then add meat pieces; potatoes with 2 cups of water. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until the meat is tender. Garnish with fresh corinader and serve with rice. Reviews |
