Aloo Ke SamoseIngredientsMaida 250 gms
Potatoes 250 gms
Zeera powder 1/2 tsp
Amchur powder 1 tsp
Red chilli powder 1/4 tsp
Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Peas 100 gms
Ghee 4 tbsp
Oil for deep frying
Salt to taste
Methods/stepsMix ghee and enough water to the flour to make it into dough. Cover the same with a thin cloth (muslin) and keep aside. Boil the peas in water and drain them. Peel the potatoes; cut them into slices and deep fry. Take a bowl; mash the deep fried potatoes and mix thoroughly with zeera powder; peas; amchur powder; chilli powder; black pepper powder and salt. Take a small quantity of dough; roll it into a 4 to 5 round. Cut into half; fold each half into a cone & fill up with 1 tsp of potato masala. Seal the edges applying water and deep fry till golden brown. Serve with mint chutney and tomato sauce. Reviews |
