Aloo ki Bhujia (Potato Gravy)IngredientsPotatoes 1/2 kg; boiled; peeled and mashed
Onions 2 medium; finely chopped
Green chilles 6 finely chopped
Red chillies 1/2 tbsp; powdered
Turmeric 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Kalonji 1/2 tsp
Rai 1 tsp
Tamarind juice 1/2 tsp; powdered
Fresh mint 1/2 bunch; finely chopped
Fresh coriander 1/2 bunch; finely chopped
Curry patta 3-4 leaves
Lemons 2
Sugar 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil 1/2 cup
Methods/stepsAdd a glass of water to mashed potatoes and cook on medium heat. Add all ingredients and cook for five minutes; stir to mix well. Serve with hot puries. Reviews |
