Alu Potato MukkadahIngredientsMedium potatoes 1/2 kg
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 2-3 tsps
Oil as needed
Methods/stepsPeel the potatoes and prick all over with a fork. Take 4 cups water in a vessel; add 1/2 tsp. turmeric powder and 2-3 tsps. salt in it and give it one boil. Add the potatoes in the water and give one more boil. Remove and drain. Heat oil in a saucepan. When really hot; put in the salted potatoes deep fry on a low flame. Serve hot.
