Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1/4 tsp
Tomatoes(chopped) 4
Green Chillies(chopped) 4
Salt & chilli powder to taste
Methods/stepsCut the eggs into eight pieces each. Heat the oil in a pan; fry the onions till light brown; then add the cumin seeds; turmeric powder; tomatoes; green chillies and the seasoning. Cook for about 5 minutes; then add the eggs and cook for another minute. Serve hot with chapattis or thin parathas. Reviews |
