Baby Potatoes With Tahini SauceIngredientsBaby Potatoes 1/2 kg
Flour 1 cup
Oil 2 tbsp
Sesame 1/2 tbsp
Green Chilli Paste 1 1/2 tsp
Water 3/4 cup
Salt as required
Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp
Oil for deep frying
Sesame seeds(roast) 1/2 cup
Water 1/2 cup
Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
Butter 1 tsp
Parsley(finely chopped) 1 tsp
Methods/stepsBoil potatoes with a pinch of salt & pepper. Sift flour into a large bowl; mix oil & water; then add Salt; pepper & chilli paste to make a fine paste. Dip potatoes into the batter; deep fry in hot oil on medium heat; until lightly brown in colour; sprinkle with parsley & sesame seeds. To make tahini sauce; combine all the ingredients in a bowl & mix well. Serve the potatoes with tahini sauce & bread. Reviews |
