Baked Beans with Potatoes

Spinach 1 cup Potatoes; boiled and cut into rounds 3 Baked beans 1 cup Grated cheese 50 gm Chilli sauce 1 tbsp Chilli powder 1 tsp Tomato sauce 2 tbsp Onion; finely chopped 1 Flour 2 tbsp Oil 1 tbsp Butter 2 tbsp Milk 1 cup Salt and pepper to taste

Methods/steps

Melt the butter; add the flour and fry briefly. Add the milk; salt and pepper and stir briskly to avoid the formation of lumps. Cook till the white sauce has thickened. Keep aside. Grease a baking dish with the oil and arrange the spinach leaves at the bottom. Cover with the beans and place the potato rounds on top. Sprinkle the onion; chilli powder; chilli sauce and tomato sauce. Pour over the white sauce. Top with the cheese. Bake at 200?C for 15 minutes.
