Baked Mushroom SandwichIngredientsFor the filling:
Boiled mushroom 1 cup
Sweet corn 1 cup
Cooking cheese 1/4 cup
Parsley 1 tbsp
Capsicum 1
Spring onion 1/4 cup
Celery 1 tbsp
Cream 1 tbsp
Lime juice 1 tsp
Chilli sauce 1 tsp
Salt; pepper and mustard to taste
For the dough:
Flour 200 gms
Sugar and salt 1/2 tsp each
Oil 1 tsp
Warm water 1/2 cup
Yeast 1 tbsp
Methods/stepsMix the ingredients for the filling. Mix the yeast; sugar and 5 tablespoons of flour in warm water and leave to rise. When risen; knead into a dough with the rest of the flour; oil; salt. Keep aside for an hour. Roll out into two rounds; one slightly larger than the other. Fit the smaller one into a pie-dish. Spread the filling on the dough and cover with the larger round. Sprinkle poppy seeds on top. Bake at 200?C for 20 minutes. Reviews |
