Bananas with Coconut PowderIngredientsBananas 6; peeled; cut in large slices
Lemon juice 1/2 cup
Caster sugar 1/2 cup
Desicated coconut as required
Almonds 10; finely sliced
Methods/stepsDip the banana slices in lemon juice; then roll in sugar first; then in desiccated coconut; covering all sides. Roast the almonds lightly till pale brown and sprinkle on bananas. This dish is best; when prepared just before serving. Maybe served at breakfast; or as a light dessert after lunch. Reviews |
