Bangara Pulli Munchi FishIngredients1 Mackerel (cleaned & washed) 250-300 gms
Lemon Juice 20 ml
Ginger Garlic Paste 15 gms
Turmeric 5 gms
Cornflour 10 gms
Tamrind Paste 40 ml
Guntur Chillies 15 gms
Curry Leaves 1 sprig
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Methods/stepsSeason fish with lemon juice; ginger garlic paste; turmeric and cornflour. Slightly roast the two varieties of chillies and grind them to a fine paste. Mix together tamarind paste. Apply it all over the fish and keep aside for 30-45 minutes. Fry the fish in medium to hot oil till cooked & crispy. Reviews |
