Bangla MeatballsIngredientsTo make meat balls:
Beef(ground) 1 lb
Onion(chopped) 1 cup
Green Chilli(chop) 2 tbsp
Ginger Paste 2 tbsp
Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
Cumin Powder 2 tsp
All Spice Powder 1 tsp
Coriander Powder 1/2 tbsp
Egg 2
Coriander Leaves 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Bead Crumb 100 gm
Flour 50 gm
To make sauce:
Salt
Pineapple Juice 3/4 cup
Dark Sesame Oil 1 tsp
White Vinegar 2 tsp
Fresh Ginger 1 tsp
Chilli-Garlic Sauce 1 1/2 tsp
Methods/stepsMix all the ingredients with ground beef; then make them like balls. After bake all the meat balls in a fry pan until browned and cooked. Bring all the sauce ingredients to a boil over medium heat once the meatballs are cooked; place them in a serving dish and pour the sauce over. Reviews |
