Step-1 Ingredients: Chicken small pieces: 1/2 kg or 1 Lb. Ginger garlic paste: 3 teaspoons. Green Chilli paste: 1 teaspoon. Kalonji: 1/2 teaspoon. Sawnf: 1 teaspoon. Laal mirch: 1/2 teaspoon. Green cardamom (roasted and grinded): 3. Oil: 1/4 cup. Step-2 Ingredients: salt: 1/2. Red chili powder: 1tsp. Roasted and grinded Zeera or cumin seed: 1tsp. Garam masala: 1tsp. white or black pepper: 1/2tsp. Mango achaar masala: 2 Table spoon. Vinegar: 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice: 2Tbsp. Yoghurt: 1-2 Tbsp. Orange food color: 1/2 tsp.

Methods/steps

Marinate chicken with Marination Ingredients and leave for 10 to 20 minutes. Then again marinate chicken with Step-2 Ingredients and leave for 1 hour in the refrigirator. Grill in oven for 25 to 30 minutes or cook in a pot until chicken tenders. Give smoke with coal.
