BBQ Chicken Seekh KababIngredients2 cups boneless chicken
1 medium onion
3 large cloves of garlic
a slice bread
1tbspoon of dried corriander
1tbspoon of cumin seeds
1tbspoon of chinease salt
1 tbspoon of baking powder
3 dried red chillies
1 tbspoon qourma masala
2 tbspoon of powder corriander
1 tspoon salt
oil for frying
coal for bbq smell
Methods/stepsChop all the ingredients and mix well. Divide into 8 parts; shape the kbabs on a shahshlic stick and shallow fry on a medium flame. Heat the coal and give bbq effect once kbabs are ready Reviews |
