Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
White cumin seed powder 1 tbsp
Coriander seeds (roasted and ground) 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Soya Sauce
Cooking oil 2 tbsp
Methods/stepsCombine meat; spices; and oil and marinate for 6-7 hours. Put meat on skewers and cook on griller. After grilling brush with more oil; serve with salad and chutney. Reviews |
