Fish 1/2 kg Salt and turmeric powder Mustard oil as needed Grind: Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp Ginger 1 piece Cloves of garlic 3 Green chillies 2 Red chillies 2

Methods/steps

Cut fish into fairly big pieces. Dust with salt and turmeric powder and coat well with the ground paste. Heat oil and fry until crisp and golden brown.
