Carrot Halwa PuddingIngredientsCarrots 1 lb
Milk 1 pint
Sugar 1 lb
Chopped nuts; cardamom powder
Ghee 1 tbsp
Methods/stepsWash and grate the carrots. Cook the grated carrot with the milk on a medium heat till the carrot is soft. Add the sugar and cook uncovered; stirring at intervals till the mixture begins to solidify. Keep stirring till the mixture turns a reddish brown. Add ghee; nuts and cardamom and fry till dry.
