Prepared instant Mashed Potatoes (without Fat) 12 ounces
Onion Chopped 1 cup
Ketchup 3 tbsp
Dill Weed 1 tsp
Vegetable Oil 2 tsp
Garlic Clove chopped crushed 1
Salt to taste
Methods/stepsMash together the carrots and potatoes in a bowl and set aside. Heat oil in a small skillet and brown the onion and garlic until tender; then add it to the potato/carrot mixture. Stir in the ketchup and dill weed. Reviews |
