Chicken Behari KababIngredientsChicken biscuits 2 big (cut in long strips)
Ginger/garlic paste 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
White cumin 1 tbsp (fry and crush)
Whole coriander seeds 1 tbsp (fresh and crush)
Raw onion (grind it) 1 tbsp
Yogurt 1/2 cup
Olive oil 1 tbsp
Oil for shallow frying
Coal (burnt) 1 only
Methods/stepsMarinate chicken with all masalas; and then give it coal steam for 10 minutes. Keep it covered and keep aside for 15 minutes then in water for 10 minutes then skew chicken masala pieces in these sticks and shallow fry in heated oil in a pan.
