Choco Banana Pudding
Ingredients
Self-raising Flour 175 gms
Butter 150 gms
Ripe Bananas 2
Sugar 150 gms
Milk 100 ml
Egg 1
Chocolate Chips 125 gms
Ingredients for Chocolate Sauce:
Dark Chocolate 100 gms
Fresh Cream 100 gms
Sugar 25 gms
Methods/steps
Method for Chocolate Sauce: Boil all the ingredients together on low heat till smooth. Method for Chocolate Pudding: Sift flour into a bowl and rub in butter until it has a bread crumb like texture. In another bowl; mash bananas and mix it with butter flour mixture. Add sugar and mix well. Whisk milk with egg and beat along with mixture. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour the mixture into a prepared mould; cover lightly with foil and steam for an hour at 170 degrees. Serve hot with chocolate sauce.
