Fresh cream 200gms
Coco powder 2tbsp
Chocolate Chips as desired
chocolate essence 1/2tsp
Methods/stepsSeperate egg whites and beat with beater till egg whites become like foam; Add sugar and beat then add coco powder; essence; Chocolate chips and beat them again Add cream at last and beat slighly Pour the mixture in air tight box and put it in freezer over night for 10-12 hours.
