Cottage Cheese CutletsIngredientsCottage cheese 200 gm
Potatoes; boiled 1 cup
Haricot beans; boiled 1/2 cup
Chilli paste 1 tbsp
Oil for frying
Lemon juice 1 tsp
White pepper 1 tsp
Breadcrumbs 2 tbsp
Grated cheese for topping 50 gm
Pizza sauce
Salt to taste
Methods/stepsMix the cottage cheese; potatoes; breadcrumbs; pepper and salt. Mash well. For the filling; mix the haricot beans; lemon juice and chilli paste and mash it in a blender. Keep aside. Make equal-sized balls out of the potato-cottage cheese mixture. Flatten each ball into a thin cutlet and spoon a little of the filling into its centre. Cover with another cutlet. Seal the edges and shallow fry in the oil. Grease a baking dish. Arrange the cutlets on it. Pour the pizza sauce over the cutlets. Sprinkle the cheese on the sauce and bake at 200?C for 10 minutes.
