Four Seasons PizzaIngredientsPizza Bases 2 (nine inch)
Sauce:
Tomatoes(quartered) 2 medium
Onion(chopped) 1/2 small
Garlic Cloves(chopped) 2
Basil Leaves 2
Dried Oregano a pinch
Black Pepper Powder a pinch
Olive Oil 1 tbsp
Tomato Puree 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Topping:
Green Capsicums 2 medium
Tomatoes(1/4 inch) 2 medium
Cottage Cheese 200 gm
Button Mushrooms 10-12
Stuffed Green Olives 4-5
Stuffed Black Olives 4-5
Sweet Corn Kernels 1/2 cup
Mozzarella Cheese 2 cups
Red Chilli Flakes 2 tsp
Dried Oregano 1/2 tsp
Methods/stepsFor the sauce; place tomatoes in a microwave-safe bowl and cook; uncovered; on HIGH (100%) for three minutes. Mix in the rest of the ingredients and cook; uncovered; on HIGH (100%) for three minutes. Cool and puree in a blender till smooth. Spread the sauce over the pizza bases. Sprinkle with half the grated cheese. Arrange corn on one quarter of each pizza; mushroom slices on the second quarter; capsicum and tomato slices on the third quarter and paneer slices on the fourth quarter. Sprinkle red chilli flakes; oregano and the remaining cheese over the top. Arrange the green olive slices over the paneer and black olive slices over the mushrooms. Cook in the microwave oven on LOW (40%) for two minutes. Alternatively; GRILL TOP for ten minutes. Serve hot. Reviews |
