Homemade Pizza Dough

1 1/2 cups warm water (110F) 3 teaspoons yeast 3 tablespoons Olive oil 1 teaspoon salt 3 cups All-purpose flour Olive oil/cooking spray Toppings and sauce of choice. (I used a roasted garlic pasta sauce from Sonoma Gourmet and for the toppings I used mushrooms; green onions; turkey pepperoni and Italian blend cheese)

Methods/steps

Combine water and yeast in a large bowl and set aside for a couple of mins. Add the next 2 ingredients in and mix well. Now add the flour a little at a time; incorporating it well into the yeast mixture each time. Once you have used all the flour; turn out onto a floured surface and knead until the dough is smooth. Pour a little olive oil on the entire dough; put the dough back into the bowl and cover and keep in a warm place until the dough is doubled in size. (It took about an hour for me) When the dough has risen; punch down; spread on pizza tray; put on the sauce & toppings of choice and bake in a 350F preheated oven for about 30 mins.
