Mutton chops 1 lb large Tamarind 1 small ball Onions 8 Mustard powder 1/2 tsp Potato 1 large Ghee 1 tbsp Green chillies 6 Salt 1/2 dessertspoon or to taste

Methods/steps

Soak the tamarind in a little water for 5 minutes, then extract the juice and keep. Peel and halve the onions and potatoes.Slit the chilies. Wash the chops and put into a pan with the ghee, potato, onions, chilies, mustard and salt. Cover with boiling water and cook gently on medium heat until tender. Then add the tamarind juice and simmer for 5 minutes more. Serve with Nan roti.
