Water 2 cups
Salt & pepper to taste
Tomatoes(sliced)4
Methods/stepsBoil half the water in a saucepan, break each egg into a saucer, slip the eggs into the pan, hold the saucer close to the surface of the pan, cook 2 eggs at a time. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Lift the eggs from the water with a slotted spatula. Season and serve with tomato slices and hot buttered toast. Reviews |
