Shahi Murgh Tikka (Malai Tikka)IngredientsChicken, tikka pieces 1 kg
Red chilli powder 6 gms
salt to taste
Cardamom powder 1.5 gms
White pepper 4 gms
Cinnamon 0.5 gms
Ginger paste 5 gms
Garlic paste 7.4 gms
Green chilli paste 2.5 gms
Lemon 50 gms
Oil 20 ml
Cream 150 ml
Butter 20 gms
Food colour a few pinches
Methods/stepsRemove fat from the chicken and wash and clean it thoroughly. Add red chilli powder, salt, cardamom powder, white pepper, cinnamon, ginger paste, garlic paste, green chilli paste, lemon juice, cream food colour and a little oil. Keep the chicken for 2 hours, marinate at room temperature then keep in freezer till the time it is cooked. Now skew the chicken pieces onto skewers and BBQ on coals for 12-15 minutes. When chicken is ready, spray melted butter on it. Serve hot. Reviews |
